Jayco Real Estate Investments provides accredited investors with comprehensive commercial real estate services in the following areas.

Development: Jayco creates properties that attract investors, business and government partners, franchisers and tenants for both large and small commercial development. Whether in the United States or globally, we provide a long-term ownership commitment and the ability to raise capital for a variety of properties:

Property Acquisition: Our Organization facilitates research and negotiations on income-producing commercial properties for the accredited investor. With an extensive network of real estate brokers, we offer the complete range of services, from deal preparations and negotiations to contract writing and settlements.

  • Jayco's Acquisition Strategy :
    Jayco Real Estate Investments focuses on acquiring a specific number of real estate transactions per year. A single real estate transaction comprises each series, which becomes a separate entity between Jayco and investors with private placement offerings and leveraged institutional funds. For each series there will be a proposal outlining the purpose, offering percentage of investor opportunity available, the investor risks and potential incentives.

    Over the next 12 months, Jayco anticipates it will offer between six and eight series totaling approximately $40 million in property investments. In the following year, it is anticipated there will be a minimum of 12 series' valued at approximately $120 million in holdings.

Property Management: We provide full service property management from marketing and leasing to maintenance and renovations. Our property management services include:

  • Comprehensive monthly reporting to investors
  • 24 Hour Emergency answering service
  • Complete vacancy preparation
  • Thorough screening of prospective tenants
  • Accounts payable services (mortgage, taxes, etc.)
  • Coordination of building maintenance and repairs
  • Handling of tenant commercial lease relations

Property Enhancements: Through a network of engineers, architects, and designers, we offer comprehensive renovations of properties to enhance beauty and increase value. Jayco implements best practices in efficiency at the identified location through appropriate approvals for renovations and enhancements, maximum use of space and green-building requirements for our investors.

Property Disposition: We work with our accredited investors to maximize value through customized disposition strategies. These strategies look at each individual portfolio, taking into account market timing, tax consequence and financing options to provide an optimal return on investment.
